Health Information Exchanges (HIEs)

Eyefinity is keeping pace with state regulations and ensuring our electronic medical records software will connect to HIEs as needed. We are actively communicating with state HIEs to help you meet HIE requirements in your jurisdiction. Here's how you can ready your practice to send data to your state HIE once we have established a connection:

1. Sign up for your state HIE prior to published deadlines.
2. If you are running Eyefinity EHR, ensure you have a direct mail address.
3. Check this page periodically for updates.
