You may select activities that match your practice’s goals from a list of more than 90 options.

Small and Rural Practices

Rural practices have fewer opportunities to select from, so they get more points for the activities they complete, each eligible clinician must complete one of the following for at least 90 days during the calendar year:

• One high activity
• Two medium activities

Large Practices

If your group has more than 15 eligible clinicians, each eligible clinician must complete one of the following for at least 90 days during the calendar year:

• Two high activities
• One high and two medium activities
• Four medium activities
