Meeting the Certified EHR Requirement

Starting in 2019, you must complete your promoting interoperability using a 2015-edition certified EHR. This may require that you update your EHR software to a 2015-edition certified version. You may also be required to update other software components that meet the 2015-edition criteria. The following Eyefinity products are 2015-edition certified EHRs:

• Eyefinity EHR 5.10 or later
• ExamWRITER 15 or later

The 2015-edition EHR software and components must be installed and operational prior to the beginning of your PI performance period and remain in place throughout the entire performance period.
