Marking Activities Complete

While the other MIPS categories are automatically calculated based on your use of Eyefinity EHR, the improvement activities category requires you to indicate activities that you performed outside of the software.

1. Open the Improvement Activities Detail report.
2. Select your Practice Size.
   • Select Small if your practice has 15 or fewer eligible clinicians or is located in a rural area.
   • Select Large if your practice has more than 15 eligible clinicians.
3. Swipe up or scroll down until you see the report table.
4. Locate improvement activities in which you were engaged for 90 days or more during your performance period. You may need to advance to the next pages of activities by tapping the page navigation at the bottom of the list.

5. Select the check boxes that correspond to the activities you wish to report.

   Select only those activities for which you can document engagement during the reporting period.

6. Tap Save Selections and review your score.

   

7. Tap the MIPS Report breadcrumb to return to the MIPS Dashboard.
