Monthly Business Summary Report (AC101)

The Monthly Business Summary report provides the following financial information for the offices and date range you select.

  • Select the Show Summary for All Offices check box if you want the report to show the total amount for each office for the selected date range. Leave the check box deselected if you want to show daily amounts for each office for the selected date range.
  • In the Bank Reconciliation window, you can review and adjust the accounting data for an office after daily closing is performed. After you review this data, AcuityLogic marks the data as reviewed. If you do not review this data, AcuityLogic considers this data unreviewed. To see only the unreviewed data, select the Show Unreviewed only check box when generating this report.
Column Description

Sales

Net Sales = Net Insurance Receivables + Customer Responsibility - Tax

Tax

Total tax calculated.

Payments

Credit and cash patient payments made in AcuityLogic POS.

Pre Paid

Used only by companies with a managed care business.

Per (%)

Percentage between Prepaid and Sales = (Prepaid/Sales) x 100

3rd Party

The total expected insurance receivable.

Collection

The total sent to collections from AcuityLogic POS only.

Net AR

Net receivable = Retail - Discount - Allowance + Copay + Tax + Collection

Note: The total does not include Customer Credits, Miscellaneous Payments, or Mail Check. Refer to the POS AR Report (AC150) for true AcuityLogic POS AR totals.

Payouts

The expenses paid out from cash drawers.

Over/Short

The amount an office was over or short.

Deposits

The actual cash and check bank deposits after daily closing.

Credit Charges

The total patient payments charged to credit cards.

Gift Certificates

The total patient payments made using gift certificates.
