Mapping Labs to Offices

You must add labs to the company before you can map them to an office location. See Setting Up Labs.

To map labs to offices

  1. Open the Company Offices window. See Opening the Company Offices Window.
  2. Click the Labs link.

    The Office Labs window opens.

  3. Click Add Office Lab to add a new lab.

    OR

    Click Edit next to a lab to edit it.

  4. Select the lab from the Lab drop-down list.
  5. Leave the Lab Account field blank.
  6. If the lab is a VSP lab, type or search for the Eyefinity code in the Eyefinity Code field.
  7. If you have an Eyefinity.com account and are integrating with eLab, select the Send Order from POS check box to send private lab orders directly from AcuityLogic POS.
  8. To add a new lab, click Insert.

    OR

    To update an existing lab, click Update.
