Setting Up Company Attributes for ABB/Fait/CLX Integration
To set up AcuityLogic to use a partner (such as ABB, CLX, or Fait (formerly WVA)) contact lens integration, you must set up the appropriate company attributes.
To set up company attributes for ABB/Fait/CLX
- In AcuityLogic Admin, click Company and select Company Setup.
The Company Information window opens.
- Click the link for your company in the Company column.
The Company Information window opens.
- Open the Attributes menu in the Additional Attributes section.
- To automatically send Replenish (Auto) stock orders regularly as part of a scheduled integration, select the Auto Send CL Auto Office Orders check box. See Understanding Contact Lens Stock Order Types.If you select this check box, AcuityLogic automatically sends Replenish (Auto) stock orders to ABB/Fait. If you do not select this check box, AcuityLogic holds the orders until you send them from the Stock Order window in AcuityLogic POS. See Sending Contact Lens Stock Orders to ABB/Fait/CLX.
- To automatically send Patient Order (Auto) stock orders being shipped to an office regularly as part of a scheduled integration, select the Auto Send CL Patient Office Orders check box. See Understanding Contact Lens Stock Order TypesIf you select this check box, AcuityLogic automatically sends Patient Order (Auto) stock orders being shipped to an office to ABB/Fait/CLX. AcuityLogic sends the stock orders at the scheduled time even if your order quantity threshold has not been met. If you do not select this check box, AcuityLogic holds the orders until you send them from the Stock Order window in AcuityLogic POS. See Sending Contact Lens Stock Orders to ABB/Fait/CLX.
- To automatically create Replenish (Auto) stock orders for replenishment of diagnostic contact lenses, select the Allow CL Diagnostic Auto Order check box.
- Click Save.
