Setting Up Holidays

If your office is closed for a holiday, you can mark that day as a holiday in AcuityLogic so that AcuityLogic does not require you to perform a daily closing for that day.

You must re-add holidays each year. For example, if you add 7/4 as a holiday for 2020, it is not automatically added for 2021. Instead, you must manually add 7/4 as a holiday for 2021, too.

To set up holidays

  1. Open the Company Offices window. See Opening the Company Offices Window.
  2. Click the Holidays link.

    The Office Holidays window opens.

  3. Click Add Location Holidays.

    The Location Holidays fields are displayed.

  4. Type a date in the Date field or click the Calendar icon to select a date.
  5. Click Insert to add the holiday.
  6. Click Return to save your selections and close the window.
