Setting Up Office Hours
To set up office hours
- Open the Company Offices window. See Opening the Company Offices Window.
- Click the Hours link.
The Office Hours window opens.
- In the From box for each day that the office is open, type the time the office opens or click the Time Picker icon to open the Time Picker and select a time.
- In the To box for each day that the office is open, type the time the office closes or click the Time Picker icon to open the Time Picker and select a time.If the office is closed on a day, leave the From and To fields blank for that day.
- Click Save to save your selections.
- Click Return to close the window.Clicking Return does not save your selections. You must click Save to save the office hours.
