Setting Up Shipping Methods for ABB/Fait/CLX

AcuityLogic includes a set of preconfigured shipping methods. Before you can add the methods to contact lens orders in AcuityLogic POS, you must map and price them in AcuityLogic Admin.

To set up shipping methods for ABB, CLX, or Fait

  1. In AcuityLogic Admin, click Company and select Products Mapping.

    The Products Mapping window opens.

  2. Click the Other link.

    The Other Items Mapping window opens.

  3. Select Shipping from the Item Type drop-down list.

    The available shipping methods appear.

  4. Select the Include check box for the shipping method that you want to make available in AcuityLogic POS.
    If you no longer want a shipping method to be available in AcuityLogic POS, deselect the method's Include check box.
  5. (Optional) Update the shipping method name in the Company Item Name field.
  6. (Optional) Update the name of the item in the Item Group drop-down list.
  7. Do not edit the Cost field because this field is not used for AcuityLogic Cloud.
  8. To enable the shipping method to be sold without a price, select the Allow Zero Price check box.
  9. Click the Pricing link.

    The Pricing window opens.

  10. Enter the shipping fee for the shipping method in the Price field and click Save.
  11. Click Save on the Other Items Mapping window to save your changes.
