Rescheduling Appointments in Book View in AcuityLogic BackOffice
This section explains how to reschedule appointments in Book View of the AcuityLogic BackOffice Scheduler.
Topics include the following:
To reschedule single appointments in Book View
- Open Book View. See To open Book View and search for availability.
- Find the appointment you want to reschedule.
- In the Actions column for the appointment you want to reschedule, click the Reschedule icon ().
A message appears above the Book View grid notifying you of the original appointment information, and the Appointment Search fields are displayed if they were hidden.
To cancel rescheduling and keep the appointment for the original date and time, click Cancel Reschedule. - Search for a new appointment time and date. See To open Book View and search for availability.
- In the Time column, click the link for the time and date of the new appointment.
The Reschedule Appointment dialog box appears.
- Click Submit to reschedule the appointment.
To reschedule multiple appointments in Book View
- Open Book View. See To open Book View and search for availability.
- Click Move Appts.
The Mass Appointment Reschedule window opens.
- Enter your search criteria to search for appointments.
- In the search results, select the check boxes for the appointments to reschedule.
- In the Date field of the Move Appointments To section, enter a date for the rescheduled appointments.
- In the Resource drop-down list, select a doctor for the rescheduled appointments. If you are only moving appointments to a different day, select the original doctor.
- Click Move.
The Move Results window opens and shows the following:
- Number of rescheduled appointments
- Number of appointments that could not be rescheduled
- Reason each appointment could not be rescheduled
