Rescheduling Appointments in Calendar View in AcuityLogic BackOffice
This section explains how to reschedule appointments in Calendar View of the AcuityLogic BackOffice Scheduler.

To reschedule single appointments in Calendar View
- Open Calendar View and navigate to the appointment you want to modify. See Opening and Navigating Calendar View in AcuityLogic BackOffice.
- Perform one of the following tasks:
- Right-click the appointment you want to reschedule, select Reschedule Appointment, and go to step 3.
- Click the appointment you want to reschedule and press Ctrl-X, and go to step 3.
- Click the appointment you want to reschedule and drag it to a new time on the grid.
- Right-click the appointment you want to reschedule, select Edit Selected Appointment, and select the new time from the Start Date and Start Time fields.
- If you selected Reschedule Appointment or pressed Ctrl-X, click a new appointment time and either right-click and select Paste, or press Ctrl-V.
To reschedule multiple appointments in Calendar View
- Open Calendar View and navigate to the appointment you want to modify. See Opening and Navigating Calendar View in AcuityLogic BackOffice.
- Click Move Appts.
The Mass Appointment Reschedule window opens.
- Enter your search criteria to search for appointments.
- In the search results, select the check boxes for the appointments to reschedule.
- In the Date field in the Move Appointments To section, enter a date for the rescheduled appointments.
- In the Resource drop-down list, select a doctor for the rescheduled appointments. If you are only moving appointments to a different day, select the original doctor.
- Click Move.
The Move Results window opens and shows the following:
- Number of rescheduled appointments
- Number of appointments that could not be rescheduled
- Reason each appointment could not be rescheduled
