Viewing the Read-Only Scheduler in AcuityLogic BackOffice

In the Read-Only Scheduler of AcuityLogic BackOffice, you can view all appointments, including canceled appointments, at any office location. However, you cannot schedule, reschedule, modify, or change the status of appointments.

To view the Read-Only Scheduler

  1. Click Appointment and select Read-Only Scheduler.
  2. From the Office drop-down list, select an office.

    The Read-Only Scheduler appears.

  3. To go forwards or backwards a day, click an Arrow button or the link of a date.
  4. To select a date, click the Calendar icon.
  5. To filter by doctor, select a doctor from the Doctor drop-down list.
  6. To filter by service type, select a service type from the Service Type drop-down list.
  7. To filter by appointment status, select a status from the Appointment Status drop-down list.
