Retrying Failed Claims
In the Search Claims window in AcuityLogic Billing, a warning notification appears if claims could not be generated for orders created in AcuityLogic POS. You can review and retry the failed claims. Claims up to 12 months old can be retried.
To retry failed claims
- In the Search Claims window, click View.
- In the Failed Claims window, select the check boxes for the orders.
- Click Retry Claims.
