Viewing General Ledger Details

If you have set up and are using the general ledger features in AcuityLogic, you can view general ledger account numbers affected by the transactions on insurance claims in AcuityLogic Billing.

To view general ledger details

  1. Open the claim detail window for a claim. See To open the claim detail window.
  2. In the GL Posting column, click the GL Details link.

    The GL Details window opens.

    • You can view GL details only for transactions on insurance claims that affect the general ledger.
    • The GL Posting column appears only if you are using the general ledger and the month is closed.
