Adding and Viewing Notes in Claims
This section explains how to add and view notes in claims in AcuityLogic Billing.

To add notes in claims
- Open the Claim Detail window for a claim. See To open the claim detail window.
- From the Actions drop-down list, select Add Note.
The Claim Notes window opens.
- In the Enter Claim Notes field, enter a note.
- If the note is an urgent message, select the Display this Urgent Message on Patient Demographics check box.
- If the note is a follow-up note, select the Patient Followup Note check box.
- Click Save.
To view notes in claims
- Open the Claim Detail window for a claim. See To open the claim detail window.
- From the Actions drop-down list, select View Notes.
The Patient Notes window opens.
- To filter notes, select your search criteria, and click Search.
