Adding Physical Inventory Sessions in AcuityLogic POS

You can create physical inventory sessions for frames or accessories. For frame inventory sessions, you can indicate if the inventory session is for all frame inventory or only for selected collections.

To add physical inventory sessions

  1. Open the Physical window. See Opening the Physical Window in AcuityLogic POS.
  2. Click Add Physical.
  3. Enter or select a date in the Date field.
  4. Select Frame or Accessory in the Item Type drop-down list.
  5. If you selected Frame in Item Type drop-down list, select Full or Collection in the Count Type drop-down list.
  6. If you selected Collection in the Count Type drop-down list, select the check boxes for one or more collections in the Collection drop-down list.
  7. Click the Insert icon (green check mark ) to add the inventory session.
