Opening the Scheduler in AcuityLogic POS

The Scheduler includes a Book View and a Calendar View. You can schedule and modify appointments and exceptions in both views and all appointments and exceptions you create in one view can be displayed and modified in the other view.

To open the Scheduler

  1. Open the Scheduler using one of the following methods:
    • Click Appointments in the left column of menu options.
    • From a patient profile, click the Appointments tab and click Schedule New Appointment.

      The Scheduler opens and displays the default view configured in AcuityLogic Admin. See Setting Up Appointment Scheduler Preferences.

  2. Click Book View or Calendar View to change views.
