General Reports in AcuityLogic POS
In the Reports menu in AcuityLogic POS, you can generate these general reports:

Lists the patient balances for your office. (The Date To field is not available because the report begins with the current date and reports back to the date in the Cutoff Date field.) You can report on all receivables or by the following time spans:
The report includes the patient's name and phone numbers, the order information (date and amount), payment amount, and balance. |

Lists appointments that need to be rescheduled due to a cancellation or a “no show” within the date range you specify. You can report on all doctors and appointment statuses, or filter the report by specific doctors and statuses. To include inactive doctors, select the Show Inactive Doctors in Doctor Drop-Down List check box. |

Shows the quantity of each appointment service type scheduled within the date range you specify. You can report on all doctors and service types, or filter the report by specific doctors and service types. To include inactive doctors, select the Show Inactive Doctors in Doctor Drop-Down List check box. You can also generate this report from AcuityLogic BackOffice for multiple offices. Select Reports > Appointment> Appointments Service Type Report (AP107). |

Shows the status of each appointment scheduled on the day you specify. You can report on all doctors, appointment statuses, and service types, or you can filter the report by specific doctors, statuses, and service types. Lists scheduled appointments where the patient's insurance eligibility is missing within the date range you specify. The report is sorted by insurance and then by patient. You can report on all, one, or multiple carriers. You can also generate this report from AcuityLogic BackOffice for multiple offices. Select Reports > Appointment> Appointments with Missing Eligibility (AP102). |

Gives you a quick view of the sales information for an associate in your office by item type within the date range you specify. If you do not select a specific associate, the report lists sales for all associates. This report is helpful for associates to monitor their own sales transactions and to see where they are relative to goals that have been created. |

Lists all of the contact lenses that patients ordered within the date range you specify. This can help you determine whether you need to replenish your current stock. You can report on all, one, or multiple supply sources. You can also generate this report from AcuityLogic BackOffice for multiple offices. Select Reports > Miscellaneous > Contact Lens Replenishment Report (LAB101). |

Daily Transaction (Payment) |
Lists the payments for your office by payment type for a selected date. (The Date To field is not available because this report lists only one day of activity.) The report results are sorted by payment type (cash, check, Visa, and so on). Generate this report to see a breakdown of payments taken for the day. This report can be helpful in reconciling shortages and overages found during a daily closing. You can also generate a similar report from AcuityLogic BackOffice for multiple offices. Select Reports > Accounting > Daily Transactions (Payment) (AC106). |
Lists the patient transactions for your office for a selected date. (The Date To field is not available because this report lists only one day of activity.) The transaction types include sales, payments, and returns. You can also generate a similar report from AcuityLogic BackOffice for multiple offices. Select Reports > Accounting > Daily Transaction Sales (AC105). |

Lists the sales for items in your office within the date range you specify. You can report on all item statuses or a specific status. You must select a specific item type (such as Frames, Exams, Plans, and so on). Optionally, you can enter an item number to refine the report further. Typically, offices generate this report for frames. The report lists the frame name, collection, quantity sold, status, and net sales then total in sales. If a frame was bought and returned during the time period in the report, the Quantity column lists 0 for that frame. For non-frame items the Collection column contains no data. Eyeglass lenses are split by Base type, Material, Style, and Color/Coat and appear separately on the report. You can also generate this report from AcuityLogic BackOffice for multiple offices. Select Reports > Accounting > Item Sales Report (MN101). |

Tells you where orders are based on lab status (if your office uses a lab integration). You can report on all lab order statuses (which are different for each lab) or on a specific status. Additionally, you can report on all lab stations (Order In Progress, Started, Shipped, and so on) or a specific lab station. |

Lists the sales information for your office within the date range you specify. The following daily totals are listed:
This report is helpful when you want to see total sales for the month. It gives you the totals from the Daily Transaction Report for each day of a specified period. You can also generate a similar report from AcuityLogic BackOffice for multiple offices. Select Reports > Accounting > Monthly Sales Summary (AC104). |

Gives you a quick view of the sales information for your office by item type within the date range you specify. This report enables you to quickly see where you are for the day, week, or month relative to any goals that might be in place. You can also generate this report from AcuityLogic BackOffice for multiple offices. Select Reports > Accounting > Daily Office Flash Report (AC112). |

Lists the totals of net sales by hour for your office within the date range you specify. This report can help you identify busy times when additional resources might be needed |

Lists all outstanding credit balances for your office. (The Date From and Date To fields are not available for this report.) You should run this report regularly to ensure that no unexplainable credit balances appear in patient files. |

Lists all patient follow-up notes for your office. (A date range is not required for this report. All follow-up notes are listed.) If you are using the follow-up functionality, run this report regularly to find notes that require follow-up. |

Generates a statement for every patient who has a balance. You can save the report to a PDF file from which you can print individual statements. The Date From field is not available for this report. Note: If the Bad Address check box is selected in a patient's profile, a statement will not be created for the patient when you generate the report. See Recording Patient Profile Information. |

Lists the refunds or adjustments made within the date range you specify. For refunds, you can filter the report by refund reason and payment type, and you can sort the report by amount refunded or by employee. For adjustments, you can filter the report by adjustment reason, and you can sort the report by amount refunded or by employee. |

Lists the remakes ordered within the date range you specify. You can report on all, one, or multiple remake reasons. You can sort the report by employee or by reason. |

Required Note Audit Report |
Lists required notes associated with transactions that occurred in a specified time range. You can run the report for all employees in the office you are logged in to or just selected employees. You can include all required note types generated by POS (adjustment, miscellaneous payment, refund, remake, and return) or just selected types. The report can be exported in PDF, Excel, or CSV format. You can also generate this report from AcuityLogic BackOffice. Select Reports > Miscellaneous > Required Note Audit Report (MISC103). Note: The Note Type drop-down list includes only required notes set up for your company. For more information about required notes, see Setting Up Required Notes. |
Lists patient transactions by insurance plan for your office within the date range you specify. You can report on all insurance plans or any number of specific plans. Use this report to analyze transactions for a particular insurance plan. |

Lists the patient orders with the order status you specify for your office for a selected date range. To generate the report, you must select one or more order statuses. You can report on eyeglass orders, contact lens orders, or both. The report is helpful for auditing order status. For example, you might want to:

Lists the work-in-progress orders within the date range of expected dates you specify. (For example, you might want to generate a report that lists the orders expected in tomorrow.) The report sorts the orders by expected date. To generate the report, you must select one or more order statuses. You can report on all product types or by only eyeglasses or contacts. |
