Recording Patient Check-Ins in Book View in AcuityLogic POS
To record patient check-ins in Book View
- Open Book View to the Manage Appointments view. See Navigating Book View in AcuityLogic POS.
- Perform one of the following tasks for the appointment you want to mark as checked-in:
- Click the Check In icon () in the Actions column.
- Click the Edit link, select the Checked-In radio button, and click OK.
The appointment status changes to Checked-In, and the Appointment Not Invoiced icon displays to the left of the appointment. The Appointment Not Invoiced icon indicates that an invoice has not been generated for the appointment.
