Recording Patient Check-Ins in Book View in AcuityLogic POS

To record patient check-ins in Book View

  1. Open Book View to the Manage Appointments view. See Navigating Book View in AcuityLogic POS.
  2. Perform one of the following tasks for the appointment you want to mark as checked-in:
    • Click the Check In icon () in the Actions column.
    • Click the Edit link, select the Checked-In radio button, and click OK.

    The appointment status changes to Checked-In, and the Appointment Not Invoiced icon displays to the left of the appointment. The Appointment Not Invoiced icon indicates that an invoice has not been generated for the appointment.
