Recording Patient No Shows in Book View in AcuityLogic POS

To record patient no shows in Book View

  1. Open Book View to the Manage Appointments view. See Navigating Book View in AcuityLogic POS.
  2. Perform one of the following tasks for the appointment you want to mark as a no show:
    • Click the No Show icon () in the Actions column.
    • Click the Edit link, select the No Show radio button, and click OK.

    The appointment status changes to No Show.
