Resetting an Employee’s AcuityLogic Password

To reset an employee's AcuityLogic password

  1. Open the Management window. See Opening the Management Window.
  2. Click the Associates tab.

    All the employees assigned to your office are listed in the tab’s table.

  3. In the table row that contains the employee’s name, click Reset Password.
  4. In the confirmation message, click OK.

    The system resets the password to a unique password that you must supply to the employee. The next time the employee logs in to AcuityLogic, he or she must use this password. After that, AcuityLogic prompts the employee to create a personal password. The new password must adhere to your company’s password policy, which is displayed in the Change Password window.
