Understanding Converted Balances
Converted receivables display as a balance in AcuityLogic POS. There are no orders associated with these converted balances, as displayed below.
A converted balance displays as an Old System Balance on the Transactions tab, but there are no transaction details associated with converted balances, as displayed below. You cannot process converted balances the same way you process “normal” balances in AcuityLogic POS.
