Understanding Non-Converted Balances
If you choose to not convert balances from your old system into AcuityLogic, then all converted patients will have a starting balance of $0 in AcuityLogic.
Eyefinity recommends that you run an Accounts Receivable report on your old system before your conversion and save the report. You can use this report as reference for your accounting needs after you convert to AcuityLogic.
