Understanding Scheduler Icons in AcuityLogic POS

Book View and Calendar View have Scheduler icons that help you manage appointments. You can click the icons in Book View (in the Manage Appointments view) to modify appointments. The icons in Calendar View are only informational. Both views have an informational icon that displays when a patient has checked in for an appointment to remind you to invoice the exam.

The following table defines each Scheduler icon and provides information about the icons that can be clicked to perform a task.

Icon	Icon Name	Function in Book View	Meaning in Calendar View
	Appointment Not Invoiced	Informational only. Displays after checking-in a patient to alert you that an invoice has not been generated for the appointment. Does not display for recheck appointments	Informational only. Displays after checking-in a patient to alert you that an invoice has not been generated for the appointment. Does not display for recheck appointments
	Cancel	Changes status to canceled.	Does not display.
	Check In	Changes show status to Checked-In and displays the Appointment Not Invoiced icon.	Patient has checked-in.
	Confirm	Changes confirmation status to Confirmed.	Patient has confirmed appointment.
	Eligibility	Indicates that eligibility is recorded and current. Hover over the icon to view a patient’s eligibilities.	Indicates that eligibility is recorded and current. Hover over the appointment with the icon displayed to view a patient’s eligibilities.
	Exception	Allows you to schedule or edit an exception.	Does not display.
	No Show	Changes show status to No Show.	Patient is a no show.
	Notes	Displays notes added to the appointment.	Does not display.
	Print Minor’s Consent	Prints the Minor Consent form.	Indicates the patient is a minor.
	Reschedule	Reschedules an appointment.	Does not display.
