Setting Up Lenses for the Eyefinity eLab Integration
This section explains how to set up lenses for the Eyefinity eLab integration.
Topics include the following:
- In AcuityLogic Admin, click Product, select Eyeglass Lens, and select Eyeglass Lens.
- In the Eye Glass Lens window, click the Map Partners link for the lens that you want to use with the eLab integration.
- In the Partner Mapping window, click Edit in the Eyefinity (E-Lab) row.

Click the magnifying glass icon next to the Code 1 field to search for and select a lens base type in the Eyefinity Data Lookup window. After you select a lens base type, the correct code appears in the Code 1 field.
- Click the magnifying glass icon next to the Code 2 field to search for and select a lens material in the Eyefinity Data Lookup window. After you select a lens material, the correct code appears in the Code 2 field.
- Click the magnifying glass icon next to the Code 3 field to search for and select a specific lens in the Eyefinity Data Lookup window. After you select a specific lens, the correct code appears in the Code 3 field.
- If necessary, click Refresh List in the Eyefinity Data Lookup window to update the list.
- If you cannot find the specific lens, select Other (Indicate Lens Not Listed - Other and go to step 7.)

If you could not find the specific lens in step 6, and you selected Other (Indicate Lens Not Listed) - Other, enter the lens description (up to 70 characters) for the specific lens in the Code 4 field; otherwise, skip this step. The lens description is printed on the eLab ticket as a note.
- Click Update.
- In AcuityLogic Admin, click Product, select Eyeglass Lens, and select Tint.
- In the Eye Glass Lens Tint window, click the Map Partners link for the tint that you want to use with the eLab integration.
- In the Partner Mapping window, click Edit in the Eyefinity (E-Lab) row.

Click the magnifying glass icon next to the Code 1 field to search for and select a tint type in the Eyefinity Data Lookup window. After you select a tint type, the correct code appears in the Code 1 field.
- Click the magnifying glass icon next to the Code 2 field to search for and select a tint color in the Eyefinity Data Lookup window. After you select a tint color, the correct code appears in the Code 2 field.
- Click the magnifying glass icon next to the Code 3 field to search for and select a tint level in the Eyefinity Data Lookup window. After you select a tint level, the correct code appears in the Code 3 field. If necessary, click Refresh List in the Eyefinity Data Lookup window to update the list.
- (Optional) Enter a tint percent in the Code 4 field.
- (Optional) Enter a tint color comment in the Code 5 field. The comment entered is overridden if a tint comment is entered on the Extras tab when the eyeglass order is created in AcuityLogic POS.
- Click Update.
- In AcuityLogic Admin, click Product, select Eyeglass Lens, and select Coating.
- In the Eye Glass Lens Coating window, click the Map Partners link for the coating that you want to use with the eLab integration.
- In the Partner Mapping window, click Edit in the Eyefinity (E-Lab) row.

Click the magnifying glass icon next to the Code 1 field to search for and select a lens coat in the Eyefinity Data Lookup window. After you select a lens coat, the correct code appears in the Code 1 field.
If necessary, click Refresh List in the Eyefinity Data Lookup window to update the list. - (Optional) Enter a coat option in the Code 2 field.
- Click Update.
- In AcuityLogic Admin, click Product, select Eyeglass Lens, and select Edging.
- In the Eye Glass Lens Edging window, click the Map Partners link for the edging that you want to use with the eLab integration.
- In the Partner Mapping window, click Edit in the Eyefinity (E-Lab) row.

Click the magnifying glass icon next to the Code 1 field to search for and select a lens edge in the Eyefinity Data Lookup window. After you select a lens edge, the correct code appears in the Code 1 field.
If necessary, click Refresh List in the Eyefinity Data Lookup window to update the list. - Click Update.
