Setting Up Offices for the Contact Lens Interface
To set up offices for the contact lens interface

Open the Company Offices window. See Opening the Company Offices Window.
- In the Office # column, click the link of the office number.
The Office Information window opens.
- If you are using Optiport, ensure that the location’s name matches the name that the contact lens supplier has on file.
- In the CL Supplier Account field, enter the location’s account number.
- From the CL Supplier drop-down list, select the location’s contact lens supplier.
- Select the CL Auto Order check box.
- Click Save.
- Repeat steps 1–7 for each office location.
