Logging in to AcuityLogic BackOffice

Your system administrator will give you the URL for AcuityLogic BackOffice.

Before you can log in to AcuityLogic BackOffice, you must have the appropriate security role assigned to you.

To log in to AcuityLogic BackOffice

  1. Open a Firefox or Chrome browser.
  2. In the address bar, enter the URL for AcuityLogic BackOffice and press Enter.

    The AcuityLogic BackOffice login window opens.

  3. In the User Name and Password fields, enter your login credentials.
  4. Click Log In.

    AcuityLogic BackOffice opens.

    After five failed login attempts, you are locked out of AcuityLogic BackOffice. If this occurs, contact your system administrator.
