Selecting a Scheduler View in AcuityLogic BackOffice

AcuityLogic BackOffice provides the following views of the Scheduler:

Scheduler View	Description
Read-Only Scheduler	Displays all appointments, nonpatient appointments, and exceptions scheduled for each resource at an office. You cannot schedule or modify appointments, and you cannot view appointment details in this view. You can filter by doctor, service type, and appointment status.
Multiple Schedule	Displays all appointments, nonpatient appointments, and exceptions scheduled for each resource from multiple offices side-by-side. You can schedule appointments, but you cannot view or modify appointment details.
Book	Displays all appointments, nonpatient appointments, and exceptions scheduled for each resource at a selected office. Displays all resource schedules together for the selected date. You can schedule and modify appointments. You can move appointments to a different provider, day, or time. You can create and modify exceptions. You can filter by doctor and appointment status.
Calendar	Displays all of the appointments, nonpatient appointments, and exceptions scheduled for each resource at an office. Displays each resource schedule in its own column so that you can clearly distinguish one resource schedule from another. Displays service templates. You can schedule and modify appointments. You can move appointments to a different provider, day, or time. You can create and modify exceptions.
