Delaying Eyeglass Orders in AcuityLogic DC

You can change the lab order status for delayed orders to Delayed. When the orders are ready to process, you can change their lab order status to In Process.

To delay an eyeglass order

  1. Click Orders and select Process Delayed/In Process Orders.

    The Process Delayed Orders window opens.

  2. Scan the UPC barcode for the order. If you are not using a barcode scanner, enter the order number in the Order Number field, and press Enter.

    AcuityLogic updates the lab order status to Delayed.

    When the order is ready to process, repeat step 2 to change the lab order status to In Process.
