Logging in to AcuityLogic POS

Your system administrator will give you the URL for AcuityLogic POS.

Before you can log in, the AcuityLogic administrator must assign you a security role that has access to AcuityLogic POS. If required, the administrator can also provide you with emergency access and multi-office access.

To log in to AcuityLogic POS

  1. Open a Firefox or Chrome browser.
  2. In the address bar, enter the URL for AcuityLogic POS and press Enter.

    The AcuityLogic POS login window opens.

  3. If necessary, perform one of the following steps:
    • In the Office drop-down list, select your office and enter the office password in the Key field.
    • In the Office# and Key fields, enter the office number and password.
      Select the This is my home or office computer check box to save the office information. Selecting this option hides the Office# and Key fields until the browser is reset.
  4. Click OK.
  5. In the Associate and Password fields, enter your login credentials.
  6. To log in with emergency access, select the Emergency Access check box.
  7. To log in with multi-office access, select the Multi Office Access check box.

  8. Click Login.

    AcuityLogic POS opens.

    After five failed login attempts, you are locked out of AcuityLogic POS. If this occurs, contact your system administrator.
