Managing Patient Recalls

From the Recalls tab, you can record, edit, and delete patient recalls. This section explains how to manage patient recalls.

Topics include the following:

  1. Open a patient profile. See Opening Patient Profiles.
  2. Click the Recall tab.
  3. Click Add Recall.
  4. Select a recall reason from the Recall Type drop-down list.
    Recall types can be configured in AcuityLogic Admin. See Setting Up Recalls.
  5. Enter the number of months until the recall in the Months field.
  6. Click the Calendar icon to populate the Next Recall field.
    AcuityLogic automatically enters a date in the Next Recall field based on the number of months you entered in the Months field. Enter or select a different date if you want to set a different date for the next recall.
  7. Click Save to save the recall.

  2. Click the Recall tab.
  3. Click the Edit link next to the recall that you want to edit.
  4. Update the recall information.
  5. Click Save.

  3. Click the Delete link next to the recall that you want to edit.

    A confirmation window opens

  4. Click OK to delete the recall.
