Viewing an Employee’s Commissions in AcuityLogic POS
To view an employee’s commissions, perform the procedure for the method your company uses to calculate commissions:
To view commissions based on Sales per Hour
Your company must be set up to use E-Time to track commissions based on Sales per Hour.
- Open the Management window. See Opening the Management Window.
- Click the Commissions tab.
- In the tab, enter the name of the employee in the Associate field.
- In the Month & Year field, select the month and year containing the commissions you want to view.
- Click Search.
The search results display the following information for the specified month:
- Associate: Name of the employee. If you selected All in step 3, this column includes all office employees with hours logged in E-Time during the selected month.
- Sales: The total sales made by the employee in dollars.
- Hours: The number of hours worked by the employee according to E-Time.
- Sales/Hours: The total sales dollar amount divided by the hours worked by the employee.
- Rate: The preconfigured commission rate used to calculate the commission for the employee for the selected month. The rate is determined on the 4th of each month for the previous month and is based on the total sales made by the employee for the month.
- Commission: The result of multiplying the commission rate by the total sales made by the employee for the selected month.
To view commissions based on SPIFF
- Open the Management window. See Opening the Management Window.
- Click the Commissions tab.
- In the tab, enter the name of the employee in the Associate field.
- In the date range fields, specify the start and end dates of the period to view.Today’s transactions are not available until tomorrow.
- Click Search.
The search results display all commissionable categories for which the employee completed transactions during the specified period. For each category, the results include the number of units sold and the accrued commission.
- To see a list of transactions that qualified for commission, click a category name.
For each transaction, the list includes the transaction and order numbers, date, quantity, transaction type, and patient names.
- To see details about a transaction, click its transaction number.
Details include the patient’s medical condition, an overview of the transaction (discounts, copays, taxes, and so on), and the applicable insurance plan.
- To see a list of items in the transaction and their financial details, click the transaction ID.
- To return to the Commissions tab, click Return, Close, and Close.
