Enable Transfer of PQRS Codes for VSP Claims

To ensure VSP Claims transfer any added CPT Category II codes for diabetic eye exam recording, the PQRS Codes checkbox has to be selected.

To enable PQRS Codes:

1. From the Company Information screen, click the Add. Carrier Att. link.

2. For the insurance carrier, locate Vision Service Plan (VSP) and click Edit. The Additional Carrier Attributes screen displays.
   
   

3. Check to enable the PQRS Codes checkbox (shown selected in the screen above).

4. Click the Update link. The screen closes.

5. Click Return to go back to the Company Information screen.
