Changing Insurance Schedule Termination Dates
You can quickly update the termination dates of multiple insurance plan schedules at once so that you do not have to manually update the termination dates for multiple insurance carriers.
For multitenant environments, the following setup can be performed only by administrators of the parent company and is required only for the parent company. The parent company setup applies to all companies.
To change insurance schedule termination dates
- Determine the carriers whose insurance schedule termination dates you want to change; each schedule must have the same termination date in order for this procedure to work.
- In AcuityLogic Admin, click Insurance and select Insurance Schedule Termination Date.
The Insurance Schedule Termination Date window opens.
- Select one or more carriers from the Carrier drop-down list.
- Type or select the previous termination date in the Old Termination Date field.
- Type or select the new termination date in the New Termination Date field.
- Click Update Insurance Schedules.
The insurance carriers you selected now have the termination date that you specified in step 5.
