Configuring General Ledger Settings
The general ledger transactions exported include the account number mapped to the transaction type and a GL center number. For transaction types that export transaction to an account based on the company, AcuityLogic includes the GL center number for the company. For transaction types that export transactions to subaccounts based on individual offices, AcuityLogic includes the GL center number for the office.
- If you are using the Sage Software accounting system, the GL Center number must be the same number of digits as specified for the location segment size in MAS 90/MAS 200.
- For multitenant environments, the following setup must be completed for each company. The parent company setup is not automatically applied to individual companies.

Configuring Company General Ledger Settings
You need to enter a company GL center number and select an accounting system before exporting general ledger transactions from AcuityLogic.
To configure company general ledger settings
- In AcuityLogic Admin, click Company and select Company Setup.
- In the Company Information window, click the link for your company.
- In the Company Information window, open the GL Fields menu.
- In the GL Center field, enter the company GL center number.
- In the G/L Interface Package drop-down list, select one of the following options:
- Custom Interface: You are interfacing with a custom general ledger program. This option is available only if Eyefinity configured AcuityLogic to interface with another program.
- MAS 90/200: You are interfacing with MAS 90 or MAS 200.
- Intacct: You are interfacing with the Intacct accounting system.
- Click Save.
Configuring Office General Ledger Settings
If you plan to export general ledger transactions to subaccounts based on individual offices, you need to enter office GL center numbers for each office.
To configure office general ledger settings
- In AcuityLogic Admin, click Company and select Company Setup.
- In the Company Information window, click the Offices link.
- In the Company Offices window, click the link for an office.
- In the Office Information window, enter the office GL center number in the GL Center field.If you do not enter a GL center number, AcuityLogic uses the office number or the company GL center number.
- Click Save.
