Maintaining VSP Grids

You can maintain VSP grid information in the VSP Maintenance module.

For multitenant environments, the following setup can be performed only by administrators of the parent company and is required only for the parent company. The parent company setup applies to all companies.

To maintain VSP grids

  1. In AcuityLogic Admin, click Insurance and select VSP Maintenance.

    The VSP Maintenance window opens.

  2. From the Select A Table drop-down list, select VSP Grid.
  3. To copy the information from the VSP grid, click Copy from VSP Grid.
  4. To filter the displayed grid information, perform the following actions:
    1. In the Grid Line field, enter a grid number, if needed.
    2. In the Item Number field, enter the item number, if needed.
    3. Click Find.

      The grid numbers that meet your search criteria display.

  5. To add a new VSP grid to the table, click Add VSP Grid.

    OR

    To modify an existing grid, click Edit next to the grid.

  6. In the Grid Number field, enter the grid number.
  7. From the Item Type drop-down list, select an item type.
  8. In the Item Number field, enter the item number.
  9. From the Patient Coverage Type drop-down list, select a coverage option.
  10. From the Vsp Option Coverage Code drop-down list, select a coverage code.
  11. Select the Active check box to activate the grid.
  12. Click Insert to add a new grid.

    OR

    Click Update to update an existing grid.
