Maintaining VSP Option Coverage Codes
You can maintain the retail prices, receivables, and charge backs for each VSP option coverage code in the VSP Maintenance module.
For multitenant environments, the following setup can be performed only by administrators of the parent company and is required only for the parent company. The parent company setup applies to all companies.
To maintain VSP option coverage codes
- In AcuityLogic Admin, click Insurance and select Vsp Maintenance.
The VSP Maintenance window opens.
- From the Select A Table drop-down list, select VSP Option Coverage Code.
- From the Network Schedule drop-down list, select a network schedule.
The coverage codes for the selected network schedule are displayed.
- To filter the coverage codes, enter an option code in the Option Code field, click the Filter button, and select one of the following options:
- NoFilter: Clears a previous filter and displays all results.
- Contains: Displays results that contain the information entered.
- Starts With: Displays results that start with the information entered.
- EqualTo: Displays results that match the information entered exactly.
- To add a new VSP option coverage code to the table, click Add VSP Option Coverage Code.

To modify an existing code, click Edit next to the code.
- From the Option Code drop-down list, select an option code.You cannot change an option code after creating it.
- In the Single Vision Retail field, enter the retail amount for single vision lenses.
- In the Mult Vision Retail field, enter the retail amount for multi-vision lenses.
- In the Single Vision Recv field, enter the receivable amount for single vision lenses.
- In the Mult Vision Recv field, enter the receivable amount for multi-vision lenses.
- In the SV Charge Back field, enter the charge back amount for single vision lenses.
- In the MV Charge Back field, enter the charge back amount for multi-vision lenses.
- Select the Active check box to activate the coverage code.
- Click Insert to add a new code.
