Mapping Colors for the Contact Lens Interface

Mapping colors enables your opticians to select your colors on an order, and AcuityLogic will translate the order to colors that the supplier can understand.

For multitenant environments, the following setup can be performed only by administrators of the parent company and is required only for the parent company. The parent company setup applies to all companies.

To map colors for the contact lens interface

  1. In AcuityLogic Admin, click Product, select Contact Lens, and select Color.

  2. To find a particular color, enter the color in the Color Description field and click Find.
  3. If the contact lens color indicates a multifocal lens (for example, high, low, dominant, near, and so on), click Edit and select the Is Multifocal check box in the color's row.
  4. Click the Supplier Color link for the color that you want to map.

    The Supplier Color window opens.
