Mapping VSP Option Coverage Codes

You can map VSP option coverage code in the VSP Maintenance module.

For multitenant environments, the following setup can be performed only by administrators of the parent company and is required only for the parent company. The parent company setup applies to all companies.

To map VSP option coverage codes

  1. In AcuityLogic Admin, click Insurance and select Vsp Maintenance.

    The VSP Maintenance window opens.

  2. From the Select A Table drop-down list, select VSP Option Coverage Mapping.
  3. To filter the item numbers and coverage codes, enter an item number in the Item Number field, enter an option coverage code in the Option Coverage Code field, click the Filter button for each, and select one of the following options for each:
    • NoFilter: Clears a previous filter and displays all results.
    • Contains: Displays results that contain the information entered.
    • StartsWith: Displays results that start with the information entered.
    • EqualTo: Displays results that match the information entered exactly.
  4. To add a new mapping to the table, click Add VSP Option Coverage Mapping.

    To modify an existing mapping, click Edit next to the mapping.

  5. In the Item Number field, enter the item number.
  6. From the Item Type drop-down list, select the item type.
  7. From the Option Coverage Code drop-down list, select an option coverage code.
  8. Select the Active check box to activate the mapping.
  9. Click Insert to add a new mapping.

    OR

    Click Update to update an existing mapping.
