Searching for Insurance Plans

For multitenant environments, the following procedure can be performed only by administrators of the parent company.

To search for insurance plans

  1. Open the Insurance Plan window. See Opening the Insurance Plan Window.
  2. Enter or select your search criteria in any of the following fields:
    • Carrier Name
    • Plan Name
    • Plan Type
    • Billing Mode
    • Start Date
    • Review Date
    • Termination Date
    • Active
  3. Select the company that you want to find insurance plans for from the Company Name drop-down list.
  4. Click Find.

    The search results are displayed.
