Setting Up Appointment Services
This section explains how to set up appointment service types.

You can specify which service types you want to schedule in the Scheduler. You can assign a color to each service type so that when you schedule an appointment in the Scheduler, the appointment is highlighted with the assigned color. Multiple service types can have the same color.
To make service types available and assign colors to them
- Open the Company Offices window. See Opening the Company Offices Window.
- Click the Appointment Service Setup link.
The Service and Appointment Color Setup window opens.
- Select the Available check box for each service type that you want to be able to schedule.
- Select a color from the Color drop-down list for each available service type.If you do not select a color, the Appt Default color set up in Appointment Scheduler preferences is assigned to the service type. See Setting Up Appointment Scheduler Preferences.
- Click Done to save your changes and close the window.
To copy a color scheme from one office to other offices
- Open the Company Offices window. See Opening the Company Offices Window.
- Click the Setup link.
The Service and Appointment Color Setup window opens.
- Click Copy Services.
- Select the offices to copy the service types to from the To Office drop-down list.
- Click Copy.
The window closes.
