Setting Up Offices for the Contact Lens Interface

For multitenant environments, the following setup must be completed for each company. The parent company setup is not automatically applied to individual companies.

To set up offices for the contact lens interface

  1. Open the Company Offices window. See Opening the Company Offices Window.

  2. In the Office # column, click the link of the office number.

    The Office Information window opens.

  3. If you are using Optiport, ensure that the location’s name matches the name that the contact lens supplier has on file.
  4. In the CL Supplier Account field, enter the location’s account number.
  5. From the CL Supplier drop-down list, select the location’s contact lens supplier.
  6. Select the CL Auto Order check box.
  7. Click Save.
  8. Repeat steps 1–7 for each office location.
