Setting Up Offices for ABB/Fait/CLX

To set up AcuityLogic to use the ABB, CLX (formerly Optiport), or Fait (formerly WVA) contact lens integration, you must set up company information in AcuityLogic Admin for each office using the integration.

For multitenant environments, the following setup must be completed for each company. The parent company setup is not automatically applied to individual companies.

To set up offices for ABB/Fait/CLX

  1. In AcuityLogic Admin, click Company and select Company Setup.

    The Company Information window opens.

  2. Click the Offices link for your company.

    The Offices window opens.

  3. Click the link for the office that you want to set up to use the integration.

    The Office Information window opens.

  4. In the CL Supplier Account field, enter your ABB/Fait account number.
  5. From the CL Supplier drop-down list, select your supplier from the list (for example: select Eyefinity - ABB if your supplier is ABB).
  6. To enable AcuityLogic to send contact lens orders to the supplier, select the CL Auto Order check box.
  7. Click Save.
  8. Repeat steps 3–7 for each office using the integration.
