Setting Up Recall Types and Schedules
This section explains how to set up recall types and schedules.
For multitenant environments, the following setup must be completed for each company. The parent company setup is not automatically applied to individual companies.

To open the Recall Types window
- In AcuityLogic Admin, click Company and select Recall Setup.
- Click the Recall Types link for your company.
The Recall Types window opens.
To add or modify a recall type
- Open the Recall Types window. See To open the Recall Types window.
- Do one of the following:
- Click Add Recall Type.

To edit an existing recall, click the Edit link in the row of the recall.
- Type a description of the recall in the Description field.
- Type the number of months until the patients are recalled in the Months field.
- Click Save.
The Description and Months fields are displayed.
To set up and modify a recall schedule
You can create multiple recall schedules for each recall type. To set up or modify a recall schedule, follow these instructions:
- Open the Recall Types window. See To open the Recall Types window.
- Click the Schedule link.
The Recall Schedule window opens.
- Do one of the following:
- Click Add Recall Schedule.

To edit an existing schedule, click the Edit link in the row of the schedule.
- Type the number of periods in the Number of Periods field.
- Select the period type (months or weeks) from the drop-down list.
- Select when you want the recall to be scheduled from the When drop-down list.For example, to schedule the recall one week before the recall date, type 1 in the Number of Periods field, select Week(s) from the drop-down list, and select Before from the When drop-down list.
- Select a recall letter type from the Print Letters/Post Cards drop-down list.
- Click Save.
The Recall Schedule fields are displayed.
