Setting Up and Mapping VSP Approved Labs
This section covers the part of the lab setup and mapping process that must be completed to use the VSP interface. You may have completed some of the steps while setting up labs in AcuityLogic Admin.

To set up VSP approved labs
For multitenant environments, the following setup can be performed only by administrators of the parent company and is required only for the parent company. The parent company setup applies to all companies.
- In AcuityLogic Admin, click Master Data Admin and select Lab Search.
The Lab window opens.
- Click the link for a VSP approved lab in the Lab Number column.
OR
Click Create New to create a lab.
- In the Lab Fields, record the appropriate lab information.
- Select the Is VSP check box.
- Click Save.
If you use Lookup VSP Lab to select a VSP lab name that contains more than 50 characters, remove the extra characters before saving.
To map VSP approved labs to an office
For multitenant environments, the following setup must be completed for each company. The parent company setup is not automatically applied to individual companies.
- In AcuityLogic Admin, click Company and select Company Setup.
The Company Information window opens.
- Click the Offices link.
The Company Offices window opens.
- Click the Labs link.
The Office Labs window opens.
- Click Add Office Lab to add a new lab.
OR
Click Edit next to a lab to edit it.
- From the Lab drop-down list, select a VSP lab.
- Leave the Lab Account field blank.
- In the Eyefinity Code field, type or search for the Eyefinity code.
- To add a new lab, click Insert.

To update an existing lab, click Update.
