Setting Up the Payer ID for Insurance Plans for TriZetto
You must set up the payer ID for an insurance plan if the payer ID differs from the one used for the insurance carrier.
- The process below is only required for insurance plans that have a payer ID that is different than the carrier payer ID.
- For multitenant environments, the following setup can be performed only by administrators of the parent company and is required only for the parent company. The parent company setup applies to all companies.
To set up the payer ID for insurance plans
- In AcuityLogic Admin, click Insurance and select Plan.
The Insurance Plan window opens.
- To search for a specific plan, use the provided search criteria.
- Click the link for the plan you want to set up in the Plan Name column.

- Type the payer ID in the EDI Payer ID field.
- Click Save.
- Repeat steps 3–5 for each plan you want to set up.
