Using Bulk Pricing for Frames
You can use bulk pricing to set the price for frames in one or more collections.
For multitenant environments, the following procedure can be performed only by administrators of the parent company. If necessary, bulk pricing can be used to set frame prices for individual companies from the product mapping window. See Setting Up Frames for Individual Companies.
To use bulk pricing for frames

In AcuityLogic Admin, click Product, select Frames, and then select Frames.
- Click Bulk Pricing.
The Company Pricing window opens.
- From the Company Name drop-down list, select the company for which you want to use bulk pricing.
- Select the frame collections that you want to update in the Collections drop-down list if necessary.All collections are selected by default. To select individual collections, deselect All in the Collections drop-down list, and select the check boxes for the collections that you want to price.
- Select the frame category that you want to update in the Category drop-down list if necessary.
- Select one of the following options for the starting frame price in the From drop-down list:
- Default uses the current price set for each frame.
- A price list uses the current price set for each frame for that price list.
- Wholesale Cost uses the wholesale price displayed in the Frame Styles window for each style. To open the Frame Styles window, click the Style ID link for a frame style.
- Default Cost uses the price in the Default Cost field for each frame.
- Select one of the following options in the To drop-down list:
- Default updates the default price set for each frame.
- A price list updates the selected price list.
- To increase the price by a percentage or a multiplier, select the Percentage or Multiplier radio button for the markup type.
- Type a percentage or multiplier in the applicable Markup Value field if necessary.
- To increase or decrease the price by a fixed amount, select the Up or Down radio button.
- Type the fixed amount that you want to increase or decrease the price by in the applicable Markup Value field if necessary.
- To end the price of all mapped lenses in a specific amount, type a markup amount in 0.00 format in the Round Up To field.
For Example, if the wholesale cost of a frame is $24.36 and you base your retail price on 5x the markup (5 x 24.36 = 121.80), enter the following markup amounts:

- Click Save to update prices, or click Cancel to exit without updating prices.
- Click OK in the message window that opens to confirm the changes.
