Using Bulk Status Change for Frames

You can use bulk status change to update the item status for frames in a collection.

For multitenant environments, the following procedure can be performed only by administrators of the parent company. If necessary, the item status for frames can be updated for individual companies from the product mapping window. See Setting Up Frames for Individual Companies.

To use bulk status change for frames

  1. In AcuityLogic Admin, click Product, select Frames, and then select Frames.

  2. Click Bulk Status Change.

    The Bulk Status Change window opens.

  3. From the Company Name drop-down list, select the company for which you want to use bulk status change.
  4. Search for the frames you want to update using the following drop-down lists:
    • Collection
    • Style Name
    • Category
    • Active
    • Item Status
  5. Click Find.

    The frames that meet your search criteria are displayed.

  6. In the Change Status column of the search results, deselect the check box for frames that you do not want to update. By default, the check box is selected for all frames.
  7. In the Change section, from the Active drop-down list, select Yes to make all selected frames Active or No to make all selected frames inactive.
    This option is available only if the parent company was selected in step 3.
  8. Select the updated item status from the Item Status drop-down list.
  9. Click Update.

  10. Click Save to proceed with the updates, or click Cancel to close the window without making the updates.
  11. If you clicked Save, click OK in the confirmation message.
