Copying Claims

This topic explains how to copy claims from the Claim Detail window in AcuityLogic Billing. When you copy a claim, AcuityLogic assigns a new claim number to the new claim.

To copy claims

1. Open the Claim Detail window for a claim. See To open the claim detail window.
2. From the Actions drop-down list, select Copy Claim.
3. In the confirmation message, click OK.

   AcuityLogic copies the line items to a new claim and places the claim on hold.
